Ordered the wrong part, or changed your mind? You can return any unused part for a refund within 30 days of placing your order.
What can I return?
- Parts must be unused and uninstalled. This applies to all parts, including electrical parts such as motors, control boards, valves and sensors.
- Parts must not show any damage, marks, scuffing or signs of installation.
- Parts must be returned in their original packaging, including the retail box, with all accessories and contents that came with them.
- Returns that arrive more than 30 days after the order date are not eligible for a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the amount you paid for the returned part(s), plus any applicable sales tax, to your original payment method. We'll email you when your refund has been processed. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account; depending on their policies, this can take up to two weeks.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. Original shipping charges and any other surcharges paid on your order are not refundable.
How do I return a part?
- Contact us first. Send us a message with your order number and the part(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and our return address.
- Pack it securely. Place the part in its original retail packaging, then pack it in a sturdy shipping box.
- Include your order details. Put a note inside the box with your name and order number so we can match your return quickly.
- Ship it to us. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
That's it. We'll email you once your return has been received and processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your part arrives damaged, or you received a different part than you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the part and packaging. We'll review it and work with you to make it right.
Adhesives, sealants and other special materials
Some products, such as adhesives, sealants and similar materials, may need special packaging to ship safely. If you're returning one of these, check with your shipping carrier on how to package and ship it. You are responsible for following all rules that apply to shipping flammable, hazardous, fragile or leak-prone materials.
Choosing the right part
Appliance parts can look alike but differ in size, connectors or fit. Before ordering, please confirm the part number on your old part, or check it against your appliance's model number and parts list. If you're not sure, send us your model number and we'll help you confirm the correct part before you buy.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before an order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it's handled as a return under the policy above.
Special order parts
Some parts are marked as special order and are sourced on request. These can take longer to arrive, and we'll keep you informed if there is a delay.
Shipping
Orders ship from Calgary, Alberta to addresses in Canada. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before shipping, and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Installation and safety
Always unplug your appliance and shut off the water supply before servicing it. If you're not comfortable doing the repair yourself, we recommend using a qualified appliance technician. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.
Abuse of our return policy
We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law, including abuse of our return policy.
